We are currently working on a key electrification project for the Western Railway’s Ratlam Division. This project involves the electrification and internal wiring of station buildings and Signal & Telecommunication (S&T) structures along the Dahod-Indore section. It aims to modernize and enhance the electrical infrastructure of this vital railway section, ensuring smoother and more reliable operations.

Key Aspects of the Project:

• Electrification of Station Buildings: The project includes the full electrification of station buildings across the Dahod-Indore section. This upgrade will improve energy efficiency and provide reliable power for station operations, enhancing overall functionality.
• Internal Wiring for S&T Structures: Signal and Telecommunication (S&T) structures are critical to railway safety and efficiency. Internal wiring upgrades are being implemented to ensure robust communication and signaling operations, which are essential for train management.
• Power System Modernization: The project’s electrification work focuses on installing modern electrical systems that meet current safety and operational standards. This will support not only the stations but also the seamless functioning of signaling and communication systems throughout the section.
• Improved Reliability and Safety: With upgraded electrical infrastructure, the Dahod-Indore section will experience fewer power-related disruptions, ensuring more reliable railway services. Enhanced wiring will also contribute to the long-term safety and sustainability of railway operations.

The project is underway, with electrification work progressing at multiple stations and S&T structures along the Dahod-Indore route. Internal wiring and other electrical installations are being executed as per the project timeline.
